This tree fell on the 7th hole around 11:00 AM. We will finish cleaning it up on Wednesday. The area is marked as ground under repair for the weekend.

The stream has gotten a good test in the past month. So far is holding up very well.

The wet area on 9 was caused buy a clogged overflow in 10 pond. The problem has been corrected.

The tree to the left of 9 fairway is cleaned up. The wood will be picked up when the area dries. The firewood will be used at the paddleball courts this winter.

Bunker work

The recent heavy rains have caused a lot of additional course work, especially in bunkers.
Here Julio plow sand back into place. New sand has been added in many bunkers.

Proposed hard fescue area reconsidered

The proposed hard fescue rough areas to the right and left of 18 fairway have been mowed back to regular rough height.
These areas are not being considered for hard fescue conversion at this time.

Brown on 14 fairway

 Dying kalingagrass in 14 fairway.
We sprayed this weed last week. The brown is the kalinga dying. The bentgrass should fill in over time.
